  • PLANS The apartment building will be located in Gdynia, on plot no 1396 at Hugo Kołłątaja 6A Street. The commencement of construction works is scheduled for the third quarter of 2021, whilst the completion is planned for the end of 2022.

  • SOLIDITY The 9-storey apartment building will be made of the most durable and resistant construction materials. The load-bearing walls in the underground part have been designed using reinforced concrete components, whereas the above-ground part has been designed using both silicate and reinforced concrete blocks. The apartment building will be equipped with triple glazed windows of big exposure surface. The walls of the residential units will be finished off with gypsum plasters. Loggias and porte-fenêtre windows will be secured with railing, as shown in the visualization.

  • LUXURY QUALITY The apartment building has been designed based on above-standard solutions. All apartments will be equipped with air-conditioning, electric external roller shutters and a high quality video door phone system. A spacious rooftop has been designed for residential use. Common use areas, such as the main hall, staircases and corridors will be constructed according to a high class individual design.

    APARTMENTS Designed to be located on 6 storeys of the apartment building, starting with the ground floor. Four-, three- and two-room residential units with an area from 70 to 47 m2 are on offer. It is possible to combine the units into comfortable large area and to arrange the top floor into a spacious apartment with an area of nearly 143 m2.

    PARKING SPACES Located in the underground hall beneath the apartment building, one per each apartment.

  • COMMERCIAL UNIT A commercial unit featuring tall glass storefronts has been designed on the building’s ground floor. The main entrance will be located at Kołłątaja Street.

  • ROOFTOP TERRACE A spacious roof terrace has been designed above the top storey. It will be equipped with furniture and plants. The space will comprise a comfortable lounge area and a viewing point for the residents.

  • THE RESIDENTS’ COMFORT Apart from traditional stairs, the residents will be able to use a high class indoor lift. It will serve the storeys from -2 to 6.

  • DISTRICT HEATING The apartment’s cost includes heaters in the rooms and underfloor heating systems in the bathrooms (according to the project). It is possible to change the heating system from traditional heaters to underfloor heating system or a mixed heating circuit (at extra charge) during the construction phase.

  • THE PRICE Prices of the apartments are diversified, depending on the area and the storey located on. The prices start from PLN 8.500 gross.

  • ADDITIONAL SUPPORT We collaborate with an experienced financial consultant and help our customers to get a mortgage.
